I bought a laptop last year and I have been so pleased with it.
It is a Gateway and has everything that I wanted in a laptop. It is fast, has great memory, and I can burn CD’s with it, watch DVD’s, and it has amazing graphics on it.
I mainly use it in my business to show videos and pictures, and that is why I choose the package that I did with the laptop.
I wanted to give everyone a follow-up with my laptop and let you know that I am still very happy with it. It was a great purchase and I feel that I made the best decision. (sometimes I have buyers remorse when I spend that much money, but not this time.)

Well, my home computer is in need of some pretty serious memory. I have had this computer for about 8 years now. It has served me very well, but I need more memory.
I use my home computer for just about everything. From blogging, to work, reports, pictures, and many other things. I never thought that I would need more memory, but here I am, needing more.
A friend of mine told me that I should check into an external hard drive. I am thinking of doing that. I think if I move all of my pics to the external hard drive, then that would free up a lot of space. Then I can move my pics to other places as well. I like that idea.
I probaly could go through and delete some files. I know I have files and documents from over 5 years ago. I am a bit of a pack rat when it comes to saving things. My philosophy has always been, “You never know when you may need it later”.
I suppose if the file is more than 3 years old, and I haven’t used it, I probably won’t!

I have a digital camera that ‘used’ to be the best. But like so many things in the technology world, they quickly go out of ’style’. The latest and greatest soons becomes the old and dusty.
My mom also had a digital camera that I was able get when she passed away. It is a nice one and I had to get a new flash memory card for it.
But I do need to be looking into getting a newer digital camera. One with larger megapixels and better memory.
I always hate shopping and especially for techie type items are a real pain for me. I would like to know what others out there think the best digital camera is and why. So please give me any insight that you have, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, I did it. I finally got my new laptop. It is a Gateway and I bought it at Circuit City.
I went shopping and looked at all of the major stores and compared prices for the laptop. I also compared what I was getting for my dollar.
From what I have always understood, the Gateway is a higher end laptop, but amazingly enough, it was less expensive than the cheaper name brands. Not to mention that it was on sale as well.
It is really nice. It has 4GB memory, 320 gb hard drive, web-cam, Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 15.4″ screen, and lots of other stuff too. I really like it. I have no idea what the model is. I am sure it is on my receipt. I do know that it is the M-series, if that means anything to anyone.
The most important thing is, I am happy with it. I think I will keep this one. I am still trying to get used to the Windows Vista program. Not sure if I am happy with that or not yet.

I have been shopping for a laptop lately. I hate it too because I want to get a really good one but I also want to feel like I got a good deal.
I talked with my friend Jenn and because she is so computer savvy, she helped me to decide what it was that I needed.
So I told her that I wanted one with a big screen. So we found one that had a 17″ screen, 2 GB of computer memory, 160 gb of hard drive, dual processor, and a bunch of other stuff. It was a great deal too. Only $698.
So I decided to go with that one. It was an Acer and I bought it off of Walmart.com and asked to have it shipped overnight.
I paid the extra money for shipping, and ordered it Monday. I checked the status on it everyday, it processed for 2 days!!!
I didn’t get the laptop until Thursday afternoon. That was disappointing to me. But hey, I got my laptop and I was happy.
I opened it up and it was everything that I wanted it to be. The only problem was that this thing was HUGE!!! Not one that you want to lug around everywhere with you.
So now it is back to the drawing board as so to speak. I now know that I don’t want a 17″ screen, but I figured now I can get a smaller screen and more memory, which in my world would be a good thing.
