Too Old For School???

I have been recently thinking of going back to school. I have been thinking that I need to not only go back to school but back to work full time as well.

My two teenagers, thirteen and fifteen, thought about this for a few moments and asked me if I was too old to go back to school.

Well, the nerve of them, right? Actually, I found it pretty humorous. When they asked that, it made me think of myself sitting in a high school setting. That made me laugh.

But of course, we don’t have to go back to high school. In fact, a lot of times, we don’t even have to go to a traditional college either. So what do you do, you may ask?

Well, you can go to school in your pajamas. HUH??? Yes, you heard that right. Online schools is the next big thing. Well, maybe I am a little behind, online schools have been around for a few years now.

You can get degrees in many areas. From informational security and nursing to fire service administration to public safety administration. There is even Organizational leaders masters that you can get. I know a few people that could benefit from that one, namely myself.

There are so many things that you can do online and going back to school to better myself in this economy sounds like a pretty fantastic thing to do.

I guess it is time that I get over the idea that I am too old to go back to school and just do it. I mean think about it, what is better than attending school and bettering yourself in your pj’s?
