Turkey Day

Happy Thanksgiving to all!! I have been busy cooking all day. I am visiting with my mom, who lives in NC. My entire family is going to be here. I am expecting anywhere between 25-30 people here. Whew!!

My appetizers consited of sausage and cheese calls, a grear dip that I call ‘Touch Down Taco’ dip, some little cucumber sandwiches, and deviled eggs. I must say, my deviled eggs are the best around.

My dinner, which is scheldued at 3pm today will onsist of ham, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, baked beans, sweet potatoes, green beans, mac-n-cheese, potato salad, and rolls. And the best part is, everything is made from scratch.

My family will be bringing in dessert, although my mom made a pecan pie, egg custard, and a coconut creme  pie. YUMMY!
